General Information and Privacy Policy Definitions – B2BCentral
B2BCentral values the privacy of its users and has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy and personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable laws on the subject. This document also transparently describes how your privacy is protected by B2BCentral when collecting, processing, and storing your personal information.
1. Definitions
User: All individuals who will use or visit the Site(s) and/or App(s), aged 18 or older or emancipated and fully capable of performing civil acts, or those legally represented or assisted.
Personal Data: Any information provided to and/or collected by B2BCentral and/or its group companies by any means, including public sources, that: (I) identifies or, when used in combination with other information processed by B2BCentral, identifies an individual; or (II) through which the identification or contact information of a natural person can be derived. Personal Data can be in any media or format, including electronic or computerized records as well as paper-based files. However, Personal Data does not include business phone numbers, business mobile numbers, business addresses, or business email addresses.
Data Processing: Any operation carried out with personal data, such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.
Purpose: The objective that B2BCentral aims to achieve with each act of personal information processing.
Necessity: The justification for the strict need to collect personal data to achieve the intended purpose, avoiding excessive data collection.
Legal Bases: Legal justification that legitimizes the processing of personal data for a specific purpose by B2BCentral.
Consent: Express and unequivocal authorization given by the User, the data subject, for B2BCentral to process their personal data for a previously described purpose, where the legal basis for processing requires express consent.
Sites: Websites managed by B2BCentral to which this Privacy Policy applies, such as: https://www.b2bcentral.com.br
This policy applies to all users and potential users of services provided by B2BCentral, including users of the SITES or other platforms operated by B2BCentral. It summarizes how B2BCentral may collect, produce, receive, classify, use, access, reproduce, transmit, distribute, process, file, store, eliminate, evaluate or control, modify, communicate, transfer, disseminate or extract collected data, including personally identifiable information, in accordance with applicable legal bases and all relevant data protection and privacy laws.
By accessing and/or using B2BCentral’s websites, the User declares to be at least 18 years old and to have full legal capacity to accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and Consent Form. Otherwise, the User must not access or use the services offered by B2BCentral.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information
The User is aware that information is provided consciously and voluntarily by filling out registration forms or through the websites operated by B2BCentral.
When registering or filling out forms, or browsing B2BCentral’s platforms, certain personal data will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose that motivated the registration, as described in the Table of Purposes below.

Automatic Data Collection: Certain information (such as city, device, referring site, visited pages, visit duration) is collected to improve user experience and for marketing analysis. No personal data is automatically collected without consent. Data stored in cookies may impact user experience if blocked.
3. Sharing and Processing of Personal Information
B2BCentral will not share personal data with email list brokers without express consent.
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties under the following conditions:
With clients and partners, when necessary for service delivery (e.g., artist filters during events);
With service providers hired by B2BCentral;
With group companies;
With technology and operational partners (e.g., IT, accounting);
For administrative purposes (e.g., research, planning, risk management);
To comply with legal or judicial requirements.
Third parties must use shared data only for the purposes outlined and in accordance with this policy and applicable data protection laws.
4. Legal Reasons for Disclosing Your Data
B2BCentral may disclose personal data to government agencies, advisors, or third parties when required by law or to:
Comply with legislation;
Prevent or investigate illegal activities;
Fulfill contract obligations;
Defend against legal claims;
Protect the security of B2BCentral systems or users;
Exercise or protect the rights of B2BCentral;
In the case of sale, merger, or corporate restructuring.
B2BCentral will inform Users of legal requests unless prohibited by law.
5. Security of Personal Information
Personal data is stored securely in B2BCentral databases or cloud systems operated by its teams and providers, in compliance with applicable laws.
Security measures, including data encryption in transit, are applied. However, B2BCentral cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or data breaches will never occur.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the intended purpose, unless legally required for longer. Data retention periods are defined based on the nature and purpose of the data, and legal or contractual obligations.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
B2BCentral processes data when legally permitted or based on the User’s express consent.
Legal bases include:
Consent (via Consent Form);
Contracts or pre-contractual procedures;
Legitimate interest, provided it does not override user rights.
Users may withdraw consent at any time. In such cases, B2BCentral may terminate its services.

8. User Rights – Access and Control
Users may:

Edit or request correction of data;
Object to or limit the use of their data;

Requests may be denied when retention is legally justified (e.g., legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations), as per Article 16 of the LGPD.

11. Mediation and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of São Paulo shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
In the event of a data incident, B2BCentral may appoint JUSPRO – Justiça Sem Processo Mediação e Conciliação S/S Ltda. as the Mediation Chamber, in accordance with Article 52, §7 of the LGPD.
